What is that? Do they just freeze the resource buildout at ten years out and assume it for the 40 year period?

SPP wind looks like it's getting curtailed. Whether that's because they're trying to balance the system and are running into challenges, or because of congestion / constraints, it's hard to tell, but it looks like the latter considering the LMP map

Imports in-to MISO have largely come from PJM's footprint for most of the day, reaching almost 5k in imports at one point. Less from other neighbors including SPP.
