この期に及んで「9時を取って下さい」とか「9時じゃないと」みたいな事を言う人の意見は無視して構いませんし、そのような方は万博を何も楽しんでませんから。平日でさえ純粋な来場者だけで20万に迫ろうという中、現実味がありません。
万博数回経験者なら、どの時間帯でも、どのような状況でも、少しでも楽しめる方法を思いつくはずですから。その方が重要です。

遠方から来られて、午後からの入場しか予約出来なくて、パビリオンの事前予約も無くて、更に平日は無理だし土日祝日しか行けないし、この1回しか来れそうにないし、みたいな方に何か参考になる話はあるかなと思いまして。

I went to exhibition that the cafe "TEEDA” at Nozato in HIMEJI. The Artist is Mar-San. There are three large canvas paintings and a few smaller pieces. There was also a modular synthesizer performance at the cafe, which was very satisfying. The Performer was Kitagawa-San. I met fist time today.

日本企業の基幹システム入れ替え時の地雷ってやつですなあ。
今の時代、本来であれば独自のとか企業風土みたいな概念から生まれた旧システムは継承せず、現代(欧米企業基準)に合わせた基準に、働く人間側を変えていくのが世界的にはスタンダートだと思うのですけど、日本ガラパゴス仕様を継承するの「当たり前たせろ」って言われると、まあ、それ地雷だわなあ、という。
どうしても独自機能を追加モジュールするなら、後々、そのカスタム仕様モジュールを把握しているエンジニアが存在しているのか、という事を考えるべきで、まあ、そもそもリスクでしかないよねー

My trip to Hokkaido is coming up soon. I need to plan the live set, but I haven’t even made the flyer yet. Since I won’t be able to handle my usual tasks while I’m there, I have to work ahead and stay ahead, which is making things pretty hectic.

On SNS, All day yesterday was the birthday of the late Ryuichi Sakamoto. And, It day was 30th memorial year of Hanshin Awaji Earthquake. Additionally, there was news of David Lynch's death. There was also news of the deaths of several other people in the music industry, which made me feel quite sad.
