The Salmon Gum mushroom (Phlebopus marginatus) is (potentially) Australia's largest mushroom! One specimen was 29 kg (64 lb.)
They make fairy rings!
It's a pantropical species, found throughout all tropical regions of the Earth

The Hedgehog genus of mushroom (Hydnum Sp.) is known to be edible and tasty! If you can get past the "teeth"...
The teeth feel like the rough side of velcro, but very flexible and smooth
There are >49 different types of Hedgehog!
