I received a response:

The driver (of the vehicle) was traveling on Harewood Road, NE, when the cyclist collided with the vehicle (that had the right of way). The cyclist did suffer non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital where they were treated & released. (ctd)

The last time there was a cyclist-involved crash (on the north side of Michigan at Harewood) it was 4D. I reached out to the 5D commander to see who responded to this one.
