If you're a writer, research & write stories about anti-fascist resistance. If you're a game designer, make games about resistance. If you're a teacher, teach about the history of resistance.

Every culture worker alive right now has a pressing responsibility to do this. Our lives depend on it

Voting with our dollar. Sprouts is the only pro-DEI, bikable grocery store in my area. Buying as little as needed including gas/driving. Also on one income.

$83 & biked all this home w/ a toddler. Almost a week of food here supplementing our pantry

Marsha P. Johnson spent her life advocating for LGBTQ people of color, LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness, and people living with HIV and AIDS. She was a trailblazer for the trans community and an icon to all.

Thank you, Marsha.

The attacks on the Dep. of Education will not stand.
The courts will strike these illegal EOs down just like all the others.

Our government last invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1789 to justify the racist internment of thousands of Japanese-Americans during World War II.

We refuse to repeat history.

A dangerous bill sanctioning anyone who works with the International Criminal Court is moving quickly through Congress.

H.R. 23 would harshly punish lawyers, academics, and rights advocates — and their family members — for helping the ICC pursue justice for war crimes and other atrocities.

Twenty teams of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers — along with newly detailed FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration agents and U.S. Marshals — began knocking on doors and making arrests in a city where “sanctuary” policies limit official cooperation with ICE.

I love this so much!

At the inauguration, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wore a distinctive collar adorned with cowrie shells, which are believed to offer protection from evil in African traditions.

This choice mirrors the late Justice Ginsburg’s practice of using collars to convey a message.

I’m a road-tripping, queer mama, watercolor artist just getting started here on bluesky. Hoping I can build and find community on this (new to me) platform.

My paintings are inspired by the places my wife and I travel.
