Being Lactose intolerant feels like I’m paying penance for a past life. Just ate one SMALL bowl of Alfredo pasta and not even ten minutes later my guts are turning inside out on the porcelain throne. I am sweating and shaking like I am receiving an ancient prophecy. My stomach is gonna fall out :0
