Everything is "open source" so it's all free for anyone to use. I made and own all the card assets. The card art is made by Midjourney. The font is Book Antiquita which I don't know the license on. The rules are all made by me.

If I'm reading this correctly, all of my digital course materials will need to meet WCAG 2.1AA accessibility standards by April 24, 2026. I hope TeX developers are working hard on this!
