Unbounded moralized judgment, we argue, brings with it several hazards: widespread, difficult-to-restore reputation damage, negative self-perceptions, and the stifling of morally right behavior. www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...
We argue that in the current context, digital recording threatens to alter how we perceive and evaluate ourselves, producing a shift toward what we call 'unbounded moralized judgment'.
