I'm not saying the 2024 election was hacked, but this article says that with Dominion Voting Systems software Trump's lawyers obtained while disputing the 2020 election, it could be possible to tamper with the results. So far this is just speculative.

Well H.R. 9495 passed. I'm not surprised now that I see they called it the "Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages." I guess they wouldn't call it "Let the Short Fingered Vulgarian Shut Down Non-profits That Stand in His Way."
