An introduction is in order!
I go by Mesa and I'm a digital artist and writer. I have a comic called Pravus, a scifi fantasy about a dangerous man who refuses to be found.
I've written stories for as long as I could hold a pencil, and art allows me to bring the characters I write about to life ❤️

I'm…kind of surprised at how much progress I'm making in such a short amount of time for revising this outline. I've had most of the answers for a while, I just hadn't organized them this thoroughly.

It turns out the key to motivating a stubbornly self isolating and elusive main character into investing in the plot is to back them into a corner and then throw rocks at them.

Having ship art ideas of my OCs but not necessarily being able to draw/share them publically because none of it has happened canonically in the comic yet is a prison of my own making

Why is it that when my hands are most occupied, like driving, or when I'm doing four tasks at once like at work, that's when scenes start playing out in the most detail in my head and when my characters do the most talking

"Character born to be a weapon finds love and becomes a better person." Is nice but I prefer: Character made to be a weapon finds love and becomes a stronger more terrifying weapon because of it.

15. Comfort movie/tv show
Ironically I used to rewatch movies obsessively as a kid to fall asleep, but not so much anymore.
Games seem to be a different story though. After having played through BG3 and mass effect recently, they call to me now 😆

Im finally taking another swing at the script/story for Sebastian after years ago, hitting a roadblock in writing the novel for him.
Im going from writing pravus who some readers thought might never speak... to Sebastian who doesnt know the meaning of being silent when he's nervous 😅

The man hurts me a lot. He makes me laugh, but he hurts me more. He mourns the life he had with his family before he died so much.
