In less than a week, I will be sworn in as the next mayor of New York City. It was only possible because of the more than 100,000 people who volunteered on our campaign. Here’s a story about one of them, my mother.

Eight people detained for allegedly protesting in support of Palestine are currently undertaking the largest hunger strike in UK prisons in over 40 years. The strikers need international solidarity to show the world they are not alone.

Can’t wait to not vote for her next election
Emily Thornberry makes an incredibly patronising, smug video on Labour account on Instagram - even by her standards!

These Labour ministers with Reform- just can't seem to stop talking about the Green Party.

And it's just making membership rise & rise!

If you want a real-time case study on vaccines:

🩵 Newfoundland & Labrador:
95% MMR coverage
0 measles cases.

❤️ Alberta:
73% MMR coverage
1900 measles cases (as of Oct 11 2025).

It's almost like .... vaccines work

You don’t speak up inside a captured agency because it’s fun. You do it because the stakes are deadly serious.

Dr. Norton was placed on administrative leave for defending Americans’ health. She's a hero for saying what needs to be said. We stand with her.

In all the political chaos, it’s easy to lose sight of other global crises.

Typhoon Fung-wong devastated the Philippines this week, at least 18 dead and over 1.4 million displaced. 💔

Climate change is making communities more vulnerable. We need bold action now.

Are humans gonna hit the bird-flu jackpot (airborne h2h h5n1) in the coming months? If humans do, they will spread it like nuts, and if it starts, more or less, "mild", they will keep spreading it until it acquires more lethality, as we see in other mammals.

It's only a matter of time before this thing takes hold and starts spreading much more widely in humans.

"Asymptomatic human H5N1 infections occur, and person-to-person transmission is likely in some settings, reveals a scoping review by US CDC researchers."

Just a heads up. I was able to schedule my COVID vaccine appointment. Online it will ask “do you have a condition that puts you at high risk for severe outcomes from COVID-19 virus.”

Click yes and it will allow you to schedule an appointment.

No questions asked.

No proof required.

Pass it on.

Just spoke with my CDC sources:

They said a domestic cat in Idaho infected with H5N1 has developed mutations that could enable the virus to infect mammals, including humans.

These mutations echo past jumps.
