Another bad move by ‘Labour’. Telling councils to sell off what few assets they have left as opposed to giving them the funding they need is nothing short of Tory austerity.

Allotments are incredible shared spaces. This is not the change people voted for.

My present trowel (WHS with wooden handle, obviously) is Goliath VII. His heavily worn sires are still brought out to assist with fiddly features every now and then, but sadly Goliath I, II, and V were lost to various mishaps.
Question from Instagram: How many trowels have you lost? #AskAnArchaeologist

I’m a huge fan of Ghibli’s Laputa, and this art really speaks to me. I don’t even know why, there’s just something magical about it.

Having spotted hedgehog poo in my garden over the last few weeks, I’d wondered if I might have a resident hoggie. I just noticed what seems to be a nest in a pile of grass cuttings under a hedge, can any knowledgeable #hedgehog folk confirm this? 🦔

A peerless snorter of public funds willl now be set for life, while his achievements would have room to spare on the back of a postage stamp. Another normal day on Brexit Island.

My old boy, Dippy, hasn’t been able to go outside since a near-fatal injury from a cat fight, so I’m very happy to say that he’s taken to little walks around the garden on a lead like an absolute pro.

So grateful to share my life with this furry little guy 🐈‍⬛

Instead of slashing welfare and disability benefits — forcing more disabled people and children into poverty — the government could introduce a 2% tax on assets over £10 million.

It would raise £24 billion — five times the savings from these cuts.

This is austerity 2.0

Amazing news! French MPs this week voted for a wealth tax on the ultra-rich.

It would introduce a 2% tax on any wealth over €100m.

A wealth tax on the super-rich is what we need here.

And it's what I'm campaigning for. Join thousands of others and sign up below.

The idea of ‘recruiting’ children is so bizarre to me. This brainwashing of our young can’t be allowed to continue.
Schools are for education, NOT for boosting church attendance and creating young 'disciples of Christ'.

Children deserve the right to form their own beliefs – without religious interference.

Such blatant evangelism has NO place in our schools.
