At one point (Book VII in the Butler translation) he asks a bard to tell the story. I don't think it would be too big of a departure to actually show it.

It was mentioned a couple of times in the Odyssey and at one point a bard tells the story, so I don't feel like it's too big of a departure to actually show it.

Yes, I loved both. The books were great but trying go scene for scene into live action would have been a mess. Changes have to be made when switching mediums, and they made some good calls. Also, I think having read the books made the movies better.

It's a good video. Funny, informative, and atmospheric. It's made me consider getting the game, and I'm usually not into that genre.

No, I think you made the right call there. You can catch all sorts of stuff on a plane, and being symptomatic is a small room with other people sounds pretty awful.

Oh dear. I haven't watched the new series, but I remember Ranma of old, and that's a character I wish they hadn't brought back. I guess they want to be faithful to the original, but still. Yuck.

The filibuster is the go-to excuse for why the majority party can't do everything it promised it was going to do if it won the majority. Taking it away would steal their fig leaf, forcing them to choose between their donors and their voters.

Okay, so I think the 50-year mortgage idea is incredibly stupid, and I agree that the tariffs themselves are incredibly stupid, but what if we could get him to institute UBI by calling it a periodic tariff rebate?

It is so weird that they even think that this is a problem. The most recent version was a complete reboot, so just do that again.
