At one point (Book VII in the Butler translation) he asks a bard to tell the story. I don't think it would be too big of a departure to actually show it.

I wouldn't say mistranslation, it's right there in the English description. They just took it very literally.

I am fascinated by Steam's recommendations. I liked Unavowed a lot, own it on Steam, and have spent a fair amount of time playing it. Old Skies, however, is relevant to me because I've played Final Fantasy and The Roottrees Are Dead.

I think this one is a little unfair. When Moses was chosen to free his people, he told God that he couldn't do it because his posting game was weak. God told him to take Aaron as his social media manager. The quality of Aaron's posting is why people remember Moses.

Okay, I looked it up. The explanation is somewhat less than satisfying.
