The pink colour of the tea is attained by using baking soda (mixed w/ green tea leaves). Crushed almonds & pistachios are sprinkled on top, it’s sweet (but not too sweet) with a hint of saltiness & it’s got this creamy texture. It’s absolutely exquisite
