No, not unless they also have studied immunology or other relevant fields. All I meant was what I wrote, there's no reason to demean or insult them. And, the work does deserve credit for contributions to public health. Imagine life without running water, indoor toilets, sep waste, & sewers.

There is no need to insult plumbers, the field has greatly contributed to publuc health, and civilization generally.
