I'll reserve judgment until I play the game. But the new one's trailer seems somewhat downmarket so far. I hope the gameplay is as intense as Deadlock.

The Royal Navy never operated them with torpedoes. The US torpedo was much shorter than the RN FAA design. And a supply was never purchased.

I know WOMAD. I've been to WOMAD. It's in the Adelaide City parklands, next to the Zoo. It's not a nudist event. Never has been.

Please learn from the lesson of Homeworld. What made Homeworld II a successful successor to the great Homeworld was the addition of targetable system modules on ships. This added significantly to the tactical options/risks and immersion of the game. Homeworld III went backwards.
