As an outsider, but longtime Rubyist and someone who cares deeply about the health of this community and ecosystem, I find all of this very troubling.

I literally cannot scroll the viewport down any further, and since this AI Assistant (which is completely irrelevant here! no summary is necessary!) is perma-pegged to the bottom of the frame, I cannot see what is behind it.
