Man I'm really bummed about how badly Bungie gutted Destiny's gameplay loop. It's been my go-to game with friends for years and now I hardly want to play it. They killed the power fantasy. No ammo drops; skewed difficulty scaling. Every fight is such a struggle and then you're rewarded with trash.

Man I'm really bummed about how badly Bungie gutted Destiny's gameplay loop. It's been my go-to game with friends for years and now I hardly want to play it. They killed the power fantasy. No ammo drops; skewed difficulty scaling. Every fight is such a struggle and then you're rewarded with trash.
The absolutely most frustrating thing about coding is following a tutorial exactly and having the code still fail. Adding insult to injury, those tutorials always end with "...and now everything should be working!" They really need to start giving troubleshooting tips at the end.

What I would give for a social media platform where we could label accounts with minor things "kind of annoying" or "terminally online." I feel like people know exactly how to avoid a platform ban while still being aggressively argumentative and lowering the value of a social space.

A man in India died from swallowing a bee during a polo game which you'd think would be incredibly unlikely, but there are two other cases in the last two years. A cyclist in California died from internal bee sting last year and a different cyclist in Brazil also died that way the year before that.

Really feeling the effect of It Takes Two's success in the Summer Game Fest broadcast. Multiple co-op focused games and a good number of non-traditional art styles to boot.

I'm so sick of the lie of "saving the American people billions" by cutting programs that people are currently using to save money. Our tax rates aren't even going down! You and I are going to be paying the same amount of taxes next year because the govt takes advantage of us not paying attention.

Having six people abduct a college student in broad daylight because of politics is such an insane violation of rights. Supposedly terminating their visa over a written article is against everything the US stands for.

Going insane trying to find a bug for such a long time when the problem was me using an "index" variable instead of "item_index" ....I hate how programming allows you to deeply embarrass yourself alone.
