A graphic taken from an internet search for “regular polyhedra.” The shapes have 4, 6, 8, 12, and 20 sides (I think… it’s been a while since I had geometry) The labels have been replaced with more familiar sounding names. Pyramid Cube Brin Haulm Voughd The shapes are blue with minimalist shading. Each was labeled with its proper name in black in the original. The labels of everything but the cube have been covered messily with gray rectangles with black text. An electoral map from the website 270 to Win. Every state is blue. There is a legend for what colors mean and where there are split vote districts, but it doesn’t matter because every single state is solid dark blue. Across the top is a progress bar marking 270 electoral votes in the middle, democrats on the left, and Republicans on the right. It’s meant to show how close to victory either party is. It doesn’t matter because every single state is blue.

Text from a Wikipedia article reading: From a young age, Miyake respected artist Isamu Noguchi, whose novelty and sense of fun in his designs inspired Miyake. He was also inspired by fashion designer Madeleine Vionnet's use of geometric calculations and "a single piece of beautiful cloth". In Paris, he visited several museums and he mentioned that he was influenced by sculptors such as Constantin Brâncusi and Alberto Giacometti. Miyake also developed a friendship with Apple's Steve Jobs, who came to him after seeing the uniforms Miyake designed for employees of Sony's factories. At Jobs's request, Miyake designed similar vests for Apple employees, but Jobs encountered strong opposition to the idea of a uniform. Nonetheless, Miyake went on to produce the black turtlenecks which would become a part of Jobs' signature attire. Jobs said, "So I asked Issey to make me some of his black turtlenecks that I liked, and he made me like a hundred of them."

I was raised in a deeply evangelical culture and still go to a Protestant church (Methodist so like, the Michelob Ultra of Anglicans), and yet…

I want my money back for each of the 10 Protestant points I got. I need to go back and retake it and rig the liberal answers.

Of all the words to do this with. It’s dumb either way but… “submit”? “Submit” is the word he’s going with? “Submit” is the word he’s going to say has no Arabic translation? I keep getting angrier every time I think about it.

The love for Nickel Creek in these comments makes me happy. Their latest, “Celebrants” was on repeat in my car for like a month, and I’m still on a Chris Thile kick because of it. Right now my favorite might be “Hell on Church Street”
