Is there any interest in an image annotation tool that uses a model (e.g. SAM) for extracting segments that you can then attach notes to. It could then be outputted as html, using hovers over segments to bring up annotations dynamically

As both a fairly mid-tier programmer and artist I actually feel like the answer is partly pretty simple. Regardless of difficulty, the time commitment to get decent at art is enormous relative to programming. It simply requires more time and practice to inprove and self selects heavily for passion.

The only alternative I can think of that is both up to the individual and provides mass blocking is some form of tree-block. E.g. If I dislike a post, then block the poster and everybody who shared it, or block an account and all its followers. This would be pretty easy to implement too... hmm..
