Haha! That's exactly how my parents shop for each other for Xmas. My mom points something out, then Dad buys it and hides it away until Xmas.

This happens all year long so, sometimes, Mom completely forgets she pointed it out and it really is a surprise!

Yeah, I was kind of afraid that it wouldn't be something that was soloable, even in a PvE environment.
