I am reinstalling Destiny 2. As if I don't have enough shooty fun with Outriders, right now.
But, I'm pretty much exclusively duoing the Outriders story with my kid. Destiny 2, I can and will solo.
Speaking of Outriders, look at this big boy! Sure we'll go up against him, at some point.

Started playing Outriders with my kid. It's fun! Enjoying running around and shooting baddies.
Picked devastator as my class. Love the kinetic leap. Satisfying to land in a group of mobs and mess them up.
Only thing that trips me up is using space to take cover. Keep trying to dodge using that.

Fuck my life. The Honda is currently in the shop because it stopped starting, last week. (Bad starter.) This morning, the Jeep won't start.

I need to remove "arena shooter" from my ignored list in Steam. I realized, today, that it's hiding a lot of bullet heaven games that I might enjoy.
Maybe my definition of arena shooter is wrong? To me, those are the competitive, PvP shooters like Overwatch.

Oh no. It's sleeting and my kid's school still hasn't texted about a delay or anything. If they don't delay (at least), this will be the first time they will be driving in these conditions.

Heads up for LEGO Fortnite players: Just learned from @namaslay.bsky.social over on Threads that if you open your world to your friends and they join you, then it opens your world to THEIR friends, as well. So, you could have strangers destroying stuff and stealing from chests.
