A small side tangent here, but a small goal I’ve had for myself for a few years is to learn a few foreign languages (Japanese and French to start) so that I can know at least 4 different languages. I hadn’t found methods that were helping me and I was at a bit of a standstill cause 1/2

A great Gming day, had a nice mostly chill session with my players in Descent into Avernus (new outfits were made for the pets in the party and a pet seagull has been acquired!) and I have a seat filled up in my WBtWL campaign! Can’t wait to get enough people for that one and CoS to start running!

GM Tip: Try to make your players feel their characters aren't failures, even if their rolls suck. A miss or failed skill test can often be narrated as misfortune or circumstances beyond the character's control.
