We can only deal with the chronic school absences by addressing their root cause. That root cause is repeat infection with a virus with debilitating effects, a virus that is still rapidly mutating with a high infectiousness. We can't ignore us. Schools tell us we can't ignore it.

So if I see an account there that does not do that, or suspiciously so, what's the most effective way to make the case?
