We must cover up...erm, redact the victims names...Trump is an innocent Victim I suppose.
Mike Johnson: "Democrats are trying to use the Epstein matter as a political weapon to distract from their own party's failures. In a desperate attempt, they're trying to somehow tie President Trump to the scandal. President Trump has nothing to do with it. He said himself he has nothing to hide."

Johnson is just explaining their (Trump's) cover up in a press conference. Bold move.

The factional grifters will hate this, but the Mamdani-Spanberger-Sherrill axis actually suggests the outlines of a broad, emerging Dem coalition organized around both anti-Trump *and* affordability politics, not a party bitterly divided against itself.
These big wins will embolden Dems to take on Trump's lawbreaking and show there's a price for GOP enabling of him. Folks hate to hear this, but normal patterns are asserting themselves: Liberalism isn't dead, Rs are likely to lose in 2026, and Trump is really unpopular, not a magical exception.

I think this moment of people feeling nervous about something and doing it anyway could prove quite liberating and profound
My mother-in-law was nervous about wearing her #NoKings gear to the airport for her flight this morning, but she got *lots* of compliments. Even the TSA agent told her, "I like your shirt."

All this Trump praise on the news is making me a bit ill.

WATCH- @chrislhayes.bsky.social on the "incredibly dishonest and downright dangerous new talking point being pushed by MAGA:"

“Republicans on Capitol Hill are claiming that peaceful protesters are part of a terrorist network hell bent on destroying America.”

Disney and ABC need to feel serious consequences for their collaboration with Trump and MAGA in censoring Kimmel. Economic consequences. Same with the owners of CBS and other organizations that capitulate. The only thing they understand or care about are their own bottom lines.
