Today the sweetest, bestest, lovingest, handsomest boy in all the world left us. We are missing him so much right now. Those cute purrs, head to hand butts, paw hugs, patpats for treats, and meows haunt us still. Go forth, Gray--with our forever love.
Gray, our grey and white tuxedo kitty, asleep on a purple blanket--cheek pressed to paw, eyes closed, and tail curled around his back feets. His fur is a little messy on his body and back end, but his head and neck fur as well as his long whiskers are well-groomed.

A pink, fluffy ball with golden eyes and feet and ears, a white tummy, a darker pink mane and a golden unicorn-esque horn with a pink smiling mouth in a white nose/mouth area. It is a Ty plush toy named "Fantasia."

A Tangled Skein by Jennifer Gundlach A Tangled Skein (for Andy) You and I never really began; We were this liminal thing-- A poem pinned on a corkboard, A half-had conversation. That ride home in your father’s truck-- I remember you were quiet, And I tried to act as if nothing had changed; I didn’t want it to change. But you knew, as I couldn’t, that SOMETHING WAS WRONG. That’s the last time we were—you and I; After that the world spun us apart; And somewhere in my heart, when I think of us It feels like a sentence that just…. Even now, all these years later, it still hurts-- A thorn from the poem on the corkboard That stuck in me like the tack that held it up; And you driving off with your dad, gone forever.
