TIL Marvel had a one-shot terrible villain who shared a name with a character from the 80s toy/cartoon COPS.
Said terrible villain greatly resembles Peter David, who wrote the comic.

I never had a Duke figure growing up... I think at all, which is weird because my dad made a few garage sale scores that got me the bulk of 83-85. Somehow I remained blissfully unaware of his ridiculous grin until a few years ago. Reminds me of the Cap Toys Stretch Armstrong. 😆
