Um...both of them. Bootsy actually toured with Victor Wooten's band back in the 2000s for a bit.
Victor frequently does tours with multiple bassists. See SMV with Stanley Clarke and Marcus Miller and Bass Extremes with Steve Bailey and a host of other bassists for a few examples.
