Not all sources are trustworthy. Plain and simple. The reason as archeologists (or most scientists) we don't just blindly believe what we are told is literally because we don't know everything. An archeologists job is literally fact checking. Don't come to me with 'just choose a trustworthy source'
I mean, this is his take on primary sources. Seriously, if a sophomore history major turned this in at any college in the US they would fail. random facts i learned in the last year: in india there was 800 skeletons found of witch two were identified, the reason blazers are meant to be worn with one button not buttoned is because of a king that got fat, and life is lived through experience.
