Got my copy of Hackers signed by Lee Felsenstein at the Vintage Computer Festival! His chapters were some of the most meaningful in the book to me; will treasure it always. #vcf #vcfwest

One of the more interesting game design developments I've seen in years is SMM troll levels. They're a continuous dialogue between level creators and streamers. For example, this great clip from CarlSagan42 involves years of layered trolls: red coin levels, safety coins, key deaths, stun locks, etc.

Samuel Adams makes a 28% ABV beer called Utopias. It's rare, very expensive, and really more akin to a sherry than an ale. I got a chance to buy one on sale recently, and I was delighted to see that the fancy-ass ceramic bottle was still topped with a basic beer cap beneath the screw top. Hilarious!
