l left York for Exeter in September to start as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University's Centre for HuManE Bioarchaeology, where I'm leading a @ukri.org AHRC-funded project called "Beyond Stockfish: Migratory and Freshwater Fisheries during the Rise of Early Modern Trading Companies".

I'll note that we suspected it was denatured trypsin causing the noise/contamination-- along with maybe the impact of using an older model of MALDI-TOF? However, I'd be super curious to know if anyone has any other theories! #massspec #proteomics #archaeology
