It is obvious that being fair, being nice, compromising and following laws don't work any more. It's like being in a room with a rabid dog and having only a frickin' 2' stick to defend yourself. You can say good dog and offer it treats all you want, and it will do no good. You're going to get bit.

Gotta say. I guess we have our answer as to why more aren't speaking out against yamtits. I don't trust her, but I think she knew what would happen.
Wonder if any of the 8 Dems who caved are getting death threats? I have to think some are, but not at the level she might be ATM?

I do too, but I still wouldn't want to risk gettin' in trouble like that. Like, I'd be happy if they just suspected me, but I'd wanna make sure they couldn't prove it.

So I did read this and I am at a loss as to how someone who was knowledgeable enough to do this would be so stupid as to leave obvious evidence of who did it.
Can only conclude he WANTED them to know he did it... but how could he not anticipate what would happen?

Did a poke-around, found this... pardon the source. Looks like there was speculation "rotor wash" from Marine One knocked it down, but then additional footage showed it on the ground before the helicopter landed?

Sorry, I know I"m repeating myself. It just makes me so angry. These are PEOPLE, not commodities... but magats will never figure it out unless you explain consequences in a way illustrates the negative effect on THEM. Like, increased food prices. These people do work Americans won't.

I have a hubs who reminds me that bad as it is here... as close to "poor" as we're considered... we'd be considered rich where he came from. I try to hang on to that, even though I 100% agree with you on the greed.

OK. Not compared to some. But... as an example. Check out the free section on Craigslist in just about any town in the US.
Then go check it out in just about any other country in the world. That's what I mean. Even our "poor" are better off here than those elsewhere.

I will never understand what is so horrible about thinking one of the richest countries in the world should be able to make sure everyone at least has what they need.
