Something about brushing my teeth makes me really antsy and impatient, so I've always been hectic when I do. But in the past 6 months I've made a conscious effort to try to be more deliberate and structured about covering each quadrant

Sometimes I feel putting a positive spin on things is a helpful tool for myself moving forward, even when I don't want to. I don't think of that as inauthentic

This is always an annoyance that "how are you doing?" is a common greeting but people don't care about the answer and I hate lying. In a conversation, I do remain honest even if I'm not well but just don't go into the details unless I want to, reinforcing that it's okay to not be well. Take care :)
