This has allowed me to help current and future athletes improve not only their physical skills, but their mental skills, as well, to become the best athletes and people they can be.

Some have had short stays while others have been long-term and have led to lasting relationships. I don't take any of them for granted. These experiences have even led me to pursue yet another degree and the opportunity to dive into the world of sport psychology and mental performance. (3/4)

There have been a lot of changes over the last 10 years, both good and challenging, but I can 100 percent say that I am a much better coach than when I started. I am thankful for all of my experiences.

Most important are the 150-plus athletes and their parents I have been fortunate to meet. (2/4)
