Assuming "a creature dealt damage" means "a creature dealt damage this turn", bolt + any way to get this to fight a creature that does something when dealt damage

I hate when that happens
Just start on things? Like, just pick a task and do it? I found that helped me get out of slumps in the past, just say "if I get nothing else done today I'll get this done".
Granted this feels harder for what I mentally term as "electronic chores", e.g. making thumbtack requests for house repairs.
