I'm OK, I'm safe, I have antibiotics. The fluid helped a TON. Water + electrolytes and a lot of rest are the plan for most of the rest of this week.

This is by design; they make the generic drug name too impossible to say for even literate native speakers, and that's a shrinking portion of the population. Corporations rule everything, so there are no laws on how drugs must be named.
