I'd say that we're not far away from packing them onto trains, but being the UK, it would be a rail replacement bus.

A really good addition is to get some dried porcini mushrooms (which are very affordable if you have a nearby Polish shop) and run them through an electric coffee grinder. You can sprinkle the very strongly flavoured powder over the finished risotto for an extra rich mushroomy kick.
