A bit sweary when it comes to racists.

In fairness, Russia has been accused of all those thing too.

Women in Spain don't change their names when they marry. If latin American voters follow the same tradition, this could backfire.
February 12, 2026 at 8:53 PM
I was just thinking that, but I would imagine that there it will be more conservative-leaning women who bow to tradition and change their name.
February 12, 2026 at 8:51 PM
I'm no expert but I'd hazard a guess that more liberal-minded, progressive women will have kept their name when they married compared to traditional, conservative women. This could backfire.

If you speak to a lot of voters, they could not tell you which constituency they live in, who their MP is, or who they voted for.
If you want to disenfranchise people based on ignorance, fine. Just don't base it on age.

Why, it's almost as if the man was a massive fucking hypocrite...

You ought to see the replies to this story on Facebook. It's become as bad as Twitter.

But the players, many of whom are immigrants themselves, have an audience of millions on social media and on international TV every week. They are in a position to counter Ratcliffe's racist nonsense.

It would be interesting to see the team's foreign players make a stand against Radcliffe, either on social media or on the field.

Either Victoria or Krishnan Guru-Murthy. I'd love to see the slimy little weasel squirm under their questions.

Manchester United is a very successful club specifically due to immigrants from all over the world.

Manchester is a very successful city for very similar reasons.

Jim Ratcliffe is a Grade A thundercunt who has no place running a football club.

I would watch the shit out of that and I don't even live near London!

I thought that a pardon didn't mean that you were innocent, just that your sentence was commuted even after being found guilty.

How does someone with a proven criminal record of violence get a job at the DoJ?
February 11, 2026 at 7:59 PM
Yes, it's Harriet Harman stirring up identity pilotics for the hundredth time. She's incessant.
February 11, 2026 at 4:52 PM
For similar reasons that the leader of Reform Wales went to prison for 10 years while the leader of Reform UK continues to be lauded by the UK media?
February 11, 2026 at 12:35 PM
Remind me, is the anti-growth Treasury part of Liz Truss's anti-growth coalition, or is it a splinter group?
February 11, 2026 at 10:55 AM
Perhaps the student debating society at Bangor University should host it instead...
February 11, 2026 at 10:04 AM
One thing's for sure: despite the media doing their absolute best to uncritically promote them every single day, Reform's ideology is not shared by the people of Scotland and Wales. They're an English problem.
February 11, 2026 at 7:06 AM
I'm surprised to see that result in Pembrokeshire. The place has a sizeable population of English retirees and second home-owners.
February 11, 2026 at 6:56 AM
Now try to imagine just how the sight of politicians waving the Butcher' Apron around goes down in Scotland and Wales...
February 10, 2026 at 3:17 PM
I'm surprised it's as low as that considering the quality of those vacuous propaganda rags.
February 10, 2026 at 12:21 PM
They're polling at under 30% in Wales, they have almost no one that they can form a coalition with, and the Senedd uses PR to elect MSs, so there's no chance of them getting a majority do to vote splitting/distribution.
February 10, 2026 at 12:16 PM
She.
February 10, 2026 at 11:36 AM
Reform will never get into power in the Senedd anyway. It's an empty threat to try to stoke their desperate culture war.
