Winners ive tried when drizzling over the cold bacon before it goes in the cold oven:
•cayenne
•sugar (50% of the times, I add it halfway through)
•cinnamon
•fine coffee grounds
•wagyu tallow
•MSG
•#16 mesh exXxtra course ground black pep

Set oven to 400°
Set timer for 15 minutes, check bacon every other minute until desired doneness is reached (usually around 15-18minutes)
