Thought about this a little. One approach: the same building block would have to be scale invariant.

Currently, we use lots of different constructs for conditionals (if, switch, pattern match, polymorphism, strategy pattern) at different scales.
Different programming languages are designed to optimize for different things— like readability (Python) vs compile-time (Go) vs correctness (Rust). I’ve often wondered what a language that was optimized for refactoring would look like.

The more I think about distributed checkpointing, the more my gut feeling tells me that it's inevitable to transition from full to incremental/differential checkpointing.

I'd love to follow more software engineers (and folks working closely with devs: e.g. in product, design, data etc)

My problem: it's hard to find these people! And many devs don't (yet) have details in their bios.
