This definitely sounds strange. Occasional normal-ish hunger but much less frequent than healthy? I won't try to armchair vet too hard, but I can see why it's confusing! Like everyone else, I hope it ends up treatable.

It's complicated though, I think this is the sort of thing it's fine to disagree on. Is congestion bad because cars are inherently bad, or is it because poisonous fumes in the air ruin everyone's health? I think both can be reasonable positions (although yes, I'd prefer a better cycle lane network).

The value of a human life is hard to pin down, but none of these people would put that at anywhere near $100m so yeah why not?

The bits in recent films where references are treated as continuity are easily the worst parts. "Nice car Bond, that's a classic!" being replied to with "Thanks, it just seemed like the perfect car for me" is better than "Thanks, it's mine from when I was doing this job 40 years ago."

MAYBE it'd be cheaper than visiting, depending on whether the LLM is still being subsidised to make people dependent, but aside from the lies and the jankiness, wouldn't it also exacerbate the loneliness epidemic, and deprive those communities of your tourism cash?
