Grasping onto hope like it's a dissolving last straw.
Turns out my long-lost old Kobo from 2012 still works. I managed to get the battery out of deep sleep & it's not losing charge overnight in sleep mode.

The thing about Hitler is that he was never cool. He was a lot of things, but not cool.
I think that's partly why the far & alt right relate to him so much. It's not just ideology, it's a whole extra vibe of painfully uncool ego based insanity & rage.

My problem is the inability to create wider supportive social connections. There's no social safety net to tap into. My family has always been private, my partner is the same, we are fucked and while I understand the power of community, I/we don't have that. I would foster it if I could but #AvPD

Trying not to engage w/severe suicidal ideation is especially difficult for me in general, and right now. My only protection comes from my responsibilities to my loved one's as everything crashes & burns.
