So as I see it, the deal so far consists of an exchange, hostages for prisoners, and that’s it. No ceasefire, not yet anyway, no agreement re. status of Hamas, no understanding re. what will become of Gaza (or the West Bank), no clear path forward re. settlements, the occupation, international law…
