I know that some people think preparing food is a waste of time, but in the hour it took to make tagliatelle, I listened to music and didn’t scroll my phone.
Tossed fresh pasta with lemon confit and butter, pecorino and parsley.

Time and space work differently in old cities. Or maybe it’s just because #Montréal is a city built on a human scale. Either way, you can’t stray far in this city without meeting familiar faces.
