There is a difference between the Liberals and Conservatives, but every single day the Liberals are chipping away at those differences. Every day they're moving more to the right. And if the Conservatives' next leader isn't an alt-right shitweasel, they will probably clean up in the next election.

If the NDP wanted to draw attention to how ridiculous flight attendant pay is and how malevolent it is for the Liberals to force them back to work, they could introduce stunt legislation requiring MPs be moved to an hourly salary that's only paid when they're physically in the Centre Block.
