Her other arm hangs low, "palm" facing upwards. Unlike her other arm which looks more human, the outer layer is gone, revealing a metallic skeletal structure and black tubing. Where her arm joins the rest of her body is covered in a black liquid that's splattered onto her face, across her chest, down her dress, and drips down the skeletal arm where it pools on the floor. The black liquid matches the tubing in her arm, showing that this is her synthetic blood. Despite the rather gruesome imagery with her arm her face does not reflect pain, and her expression reads more peaceful. Ethel is a warforged from OP's Curse of strahd campaign. The caption on the art is from Florence and the Machine's song "Perfume and Milk"
