Small vans have more cargo space than trucks. If you haul dirt and gravel that can be dumped into the bed of a truck than a truck makes sense. Vans make sense for most cargo. With the money saved by driving a small vehicle someone can rent a truck when they need. Truck as style choice is weird!

Not only that but it's hitting a fly with a sledgehammer wielded by people who have never touched a hammer in their life!

He could lose 99% of his wealth and still be wildly rich. I don't think he cares much. Tesla was a big part of what got him where he is but now that he has the influence that he has I don't think he really cares that much about Tesla and X is the kind of thing a billionaire does as a hobby.

I definitely think this is an important thing to understand! I think a lot of our current political problems come from people operating on completely different sets of information but assuming everybody has the same information.
