Merit or rather desert - in Venice they considered this a virtue which also means that being fair is not so easy and that we should strive for a better merit system. Today we are dumb - we just meadure outcomes…time to learn again 😊

Recently, I delved into the „bestsellers" on Amazon's "Business Leadership" list - gruesome 🙈! There wasn't one book on the topics which truly matter: no #responsible leadership, no critical texts, or similar.
Hence we need to build new recommendations - what were yours?
