I went down that rabbit hole a while back and ended up giving up 😅 neovim does support reloading its theme when dark/light mode switches IIRC, but yeah, too many things didn't (nushell, statship, bat, etc...)

So the Keychron M6 8k seems like it would be a decent replacement: similar form factor, no rubber skin, seems to have fixed all/most of the flaws of the 1k and 4k version... Also, I like their keyboards. But of course, it seems to be sold out everywhere 🙄
